David founded Kincaid Homes in 2008 shortly after returning from Iraq with a desire to build quality custom homes here in the Texas Hill Country. He spent nearly 14 years in the United States Marine Corps, served as a Military Policeman and as a senior NCO in an Infantry unit. He has attended both Texas A&M and the University of Texas at San Antonio and has a degree in International Business Management. He believes that attention to detail is crucial in building homes of distinction. Customer satisfaction is the cornerstone of a good builder and he works tirelessly to ensure that the build is done right and that the customer is kept in the loop. He believes in keeping the customer a part of the process and actively encourages their participation in all facets of the building process. He has been married to his wife Erika for 6 years and hopes to have a large family. David is an avid fisherman, going offshore whenever possible looking for Mahi, Cobia and other game fish.
